About the Role

Come work a fun job in a friendly atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service. As an office manager, you will oversee all office activities such as communicating with customers, scheduling events & parties, organizing and maintaining records, creating schedules, handling accounts payable/receivable or helping customers in person. Most of your time will be dedicated to working with customers to set up and organize all events. You will be working close with a small team of professionals and your hours are typically 9am – 4pm weekdays.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm private parties and events
  • Operate telephone, personal computer, and electronic cash register system
  • Help with daily operations when needed
  • Organize and set-up parties and events for smooth operations
  • Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns
  • Improve Skyline’s process with an innovative work ethic
  • Represent Skyline in occasional community events

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum education: high school diploma or GED
  • Manage personality in stressful situations
  • Bring a positive attitude that’s dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a member of a team

Compensation & Benefits
