About the Role

The primary role of the front-of-the-house manager will be to oversee all the staff that interacts with customers, including the lanes staff, servers, bartenders, and arcade attendants.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations and employees
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Troubleshoot any customer issues or questions
  • Ensure the restaurant, bar, and entertainment activities run smoothly

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Supervisor, management, or leadership experience (preferred)
