About the Role
The primary role of the front-of-the-house manager will be to oversee all the staff that interacts with customers, including the lanes staff, servers, bartenders, and arcade attendants.
- Oversee all front-of-house operations and employees
- Provide excellent customer service
- Troubleshoot any customer issues or questions
- Ensure the restaurant, bar, and entertainment activities run smoothly
Qualifications & Requirements
- Supervisor, management, or leadership experience (preferred)
